UPDATE: (18/10/2017)
Since Wynet managed to (almost) guess it, I'll now explain where it is.
This is from Portal 2 - more exactly, this is in the abandoned mine pit known as 'Tartarus 09', outside the wall leading to the vitrified, sealed and abandoned 'Test Shaft 09'. Now, before all of you guys come asking if I ported this, the answer is no. This is straight from Portal 2's directories after the game was mounted to Gmod.
Due to an update around June/July this year, we can actually now muck around on P2 maps. However, this isn't without it's hiccups. While you can now explore the maps in great detail, unfortunately there is an invisible barrier in many maps (or what maps I tested when I did this image). While this barrier doesn't hamper movement, it does 'jam' your Physics gun and Tool gun - meaning in these areas, you can't pose.
With the map above (known as sp_a3_01), out of the whole area, I'm guessing around 25% of that is 'workable' - where I have Miller and McAllen is in that workable spot.
Meaning, if you want it to work properly, you will need to port it over as in the past.
